This email is to let you know that there will be a Special General Meeting followed by an Annual General Meeting on Sunday 22 June 2025.

• Nominations for officers - this is in the clubhouse, please become involved and have a say in how the Club is run
• Special General Meeting - To adopt new rules/Constitution to allow re-registration under the new Incorporated Societies Act, for the Club, these will be sent out under separate cover
• Annual General Meeting - Once the new rules are adopted and in conjunction with the new balance date of 31 March the Annual General Meeting will commence.
• All documentation and notices required for the meetings will be sent under separate cover shortly as required under the current rules of the Club.
