Dear Members

Following on from the Special General Meeting where the members gave overwhelming support to the Club’s course redevelopment plan, we are pleased to advise that there has been a very good response from members offering loans to assist with the planning process to have certain parts of the course rezoned as residential.

As a result, we are pleased to advise that the Club has contracted CKL Surveys Ltd to complete the necessary planning applications. There will be several reports that will need to be completed before the application can be lodged with Waipa District Council. We understand that this part of the process will take between 6 – 9 months.

We will require more funding to finance the next stage. So, if any members are able to assist financially please contact Mary at the Clubrooms or any Development Committee members

The Committee is excited about the next stage of this process and will naturally keep you up to date with progress.
