Managers Notes
Christmas is around the corner, what comes with getting closer to Christmas is Ham Tournaments. YAY!!!!!!
 
 The weather is getting better and we know everyone has noticed it because we are getting busier.
A few tournaments and dates that everyone needs to remember are:
 
  • Every Wednesday is Twilight.
  • Shootout is this Saturday,  Ladies tee off at 9am and Top 19 tee off at 8.30am
  • Gener8 Xmas Open is this Sunday, it's slowly fulling up so put your name down.
  • Our ladies Xmas Tournament is on Wednesday the 7th.
  • Vets Xmas Tournament is on Thursday the 8th
  • Our closing day Ambrose and AGM is on the 11th of December
  • Our Xmas Midweek is on Tuesday the 13th, get your name on the starting sheet.
  • Finals Twilight of the year is Wednesday the 14th.
Some great tournaments for everyone to go in.
 
We would like to congratulate Gordon Kirkham and Jill Morgan for their Champion of Champion wins.
Jill Morgon and Clint Rowe for their Centennial Cup win.
Gordon Kirkham and Craig Meacham for their Cricket Cup win.
 
Also well done to Jill Morgan for making the Waikato Toro Team. They are playing at Westown Next week. Good Luck. 
 
 
Gener8 News
Club news from the last Month

  • The Troutbeck's won our 1st  club day of our new programme, Combined stable ford. Well done!
  • Ray and Cindy Dearing are our 2016 54 Hole Matchplay Foursomes Champions. Congratulations!
  • We had a very successful 9 Hole Xmas Tournament.
  • Jill Morgan and Clint Rowe have won the season long Centennial Cup. Way to go!
  • Our 2016 sponsors day had 15 teams come out and endure the wet and windy conditions. Well done to Continuous Spouting And Plumbing with a 56 nett. And thanks again to all our sponsors.
  • Gordon Kirkham and Craig Meacheam are our 2016 Cricket Cup champions. Awesome!
  • Twilight started with a bang.
  • Another great achievement for Jill Morgan, making the Waikato Toro Team. Massive Congratulations!

The top 19 are confirmed and it all happens this Saturday. 8.30 tee off.

We were going to run a 2nd 19 for the men but we have had a few pull outs, so we have cancelled it.
